Application Process
We’re glad you’re interested in Tenor High School!
The Tenor High School mission is to prepare Milwaukee students for successful entry to post-secondary education and career opportunities through the dual completion of a high school diploma and a Milwaukee Area Technical College program certificate or technical diploma and/or credits in a post-secondary degree program.
A Note on Enrollment
Families interested in Tenor High School will submit one general Tenor application, rather than applying separately to a specific campus. As part of the application process, you will have the opportunity to indicate your preferred campus. Placement at your preferred campus cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability at each location.
Whether your student attends Tenor Cathedral Square – our original campus located at 840 N Jackson Street – or Tenor Journal Square – established in 2021 at 918 N Vel R. Phillips Avenue – they will experience the high-quality education, warm and supportive school culture, and commitment to student success that Tenor families have valued for more than two decades.
